OffLimits Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your OffLimits account and associated personal data, please submit a request using the form below.

What happens after you submit your request?

After we receive and verify your request, OffLimits will process your account deletion request using our account-erasure process.

Personal information associated with your account and orders will be removed where applicable.

Where applicable, access to downloadable files will be revoked and associated download information will be cleared.

Information that may be retained

Certain information may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or regulatory purposes. Such information will be retained only for the period required for the applicable purpose and will then be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Account and personal-data deletion may not be reversible.
